She's a French Canadian tattoo artist and is actually based off of a few friends I know up here in vancity. One has a super sweet, like punkygothic whatever jacket made for her and I just really badly wanted to draw shit like that so now I have a character for it. WOW I APOLOGIZE IF YOU SEE THIS HAHA It's just a super sweet fucking design and I couldn't pass up adopting it.
